Simple rules for two.

By downloading, installing, or using together, in 9. ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who access the App as part of a paired couple subscription.

Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

together, in 9. is a private, two-person daily photo ritual app. Each day, you and one partner ("your pair") receive nine shared prompts. You each fill your own 3×3 photo grid privately — neither partner can see the other's grid until both are complete. When both grids are done, the reveal happens together. Completed days are saved to a shared archive.

The App is designed exclusively for use by two real people in a private pair relationship. You may not use the App on behalf of any organisation, business, or group, or create fictitious pairs.

together, in 9. offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Premium") that unlocks unlimited daily grids, full archive access, and all premium features. One Premium subscription covers both people in your pair — only one partner needs to subscribe.

Subscription plans and current pricing:
• Weekly: $6.99 per week
• Yearly: $49.99 per year

All new subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase after the trial ends.

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

To use together, in 9. you must sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

A "pair" is created when two users connect via an invite link. Each user may belong to one active pair at a time. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent pairing limits or subscription restrictions.

If your pair is dissolved (e.g. one partner deletes their account), you may lose access to shared archive content associated with that pair. We are not liable for any such loss.

You retain ownership of any photos, captions, or other content you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant together, in 9. a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service to you and your pair.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable.

together, in 9. is a private two-person app. You must not attempt to access another user's content outside of the normal paired reveal mechanism.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, though we do not proactively monitor User Content.

All aspects of the App other than User Content — including the design, software, prompts, branding, and all original content — are owned by or licensed to together, in 9. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

The "together, in 9." name, wordmark, and balloon-dog logo are trademarks of together, in 9. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://wooden-wombat-101.convex.site/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. If you have privacy questions, contact us at hello@togetherin9.com.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOGETHER, IN 9. AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at hello@togetherin9.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email where practical. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
