One partner opens the app and creates a pair. They're given an invite link. The other partner opens that link on their phone — it opens the app and connects you automatically. You'll both see each other's name once you're connected. You only need to pair once.

Yes. Download the app again and sign in with the same Apple ID you used before. Your account, your pair, and your memory album will all be there.

Each day, you and your partner each privately fill your 3×3 grid. When both of you have finished, you'll get a notification that it's time to reveal. Open the app and tap Reveal — you'll both see each other's photos at once. Neither of you can see the other's grid before the reveal.

Open the app and go to Settings → Subscription. Tap "Restore Purchase." If you subscribed on your current Apple ID, it will restore automatically. If you're still having trouble, email us at hello@togetherin9.com with the Apple ID you used and we'll sort it out.

Email hello@togetherin9.com from the address you used to sign into the app. We'll delete your account, your photos, and all associated data as quickly as possible — usually within 48 hours. Include "delete my account" in the subject line.

You can also do this directly from the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

A few things to try:

1. Check that notifications are on for together, in 9. in iOS Settings. The widget needs background refresh.
2. Long-press the widget and tap "Edit Widget" — make sure it's connected to the right account.
3. Remove and re-add the widget. Go to your home screen, long-press an empty area, tap the + button in the corner, find together, in 9., and add it again.
4. Restart your iPhone. Background refresh sometimes needs a reset.

No. together, in 9. is designed for exactly two people — one pair. This is intentional: the reveal only works when it's between two people who are equally invested in the ritual.
