Privacy Policy

Your photos stay between the two of you.

together, in 9. is built for private, two-person photo sharing. We keep this policy plain: what we collect, where it lives, who can see it, and how to ask us to remove it.

Last updated May 21, 2026.

What we collect

  • Apple Sign-In information: your name and email address from Apple when you sign in.
  • Photos and captions you upload: the images you add to your grid, along with any text or metadata attached to them.
  • Push notification tokens: so we can send app alerts to your device if you turn them on.
  • Usage metadata: basic app events and technical details like when you open the app, interact with a grid, or create an invite.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, keep your pair connected, show the right photos to the right partner, deliver notifications, and make the app work reliably.

How we store it

Your data is stored in Convex, our backend and storage layer. Photos live in Convex storage. Account and pair data live in the Convex database.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Inside the app, your photos and pair data are only shared with the partner in your pair so the two of you can see each other’s grid.

Deleting your data

If you want us to delete your account or photos, email us at hello@togetherin9.com. We’ll take care of removing the data tied to your account and pair as quickly as we can.

If you’ve already left the app, include the email address you used for Apple Sign-In so we can find the right account.
